He also said that officer Higgins wasn't involved with the gang unit until one of his family was beaten and robbed by them. He was just a regular cop before that happened. I've had to do a bunch of paperwork for different jobs with different law enforcement all over the US.) these guys stay more ready than almost everyone of them. Even moreso than the fbi. That's hard to top with the training they have. Pretty sure this guy isn't afraid, and I'm sure if he wanted, he'd show up in a tank top with just a 9 ready to fuck shit up all by himself. The sheriff's are no joke. 😐
