The violin playing in BBC audio of Sherlock Holmes is second too none ,makes your hair stand up and very appropriate and just right 4 sherlock Holmes ....
Not being an expert, but I'm torn between loving this soundtrack and finding it just a little too much. I keep finding myself listening to the soundscape rather than the dialogue. Must have cost a shed load of cash. Really interesting. I haven't been able look but BBC? Top rate.

@@Bambisgf77 As you know Felene Simon Stanhope at "Bitesized Audio" did a top rate sterling job also at narrating Sherlock Holmes stories. Greg at "Magpie Audiobooks" must be congratulated for bringing the other works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to the public domain. Obviously these have been overshadowed by the great detective.
