I don't remember the game that well anymore, it's been a while since I recorded this, so it's hard to say what exactly could be the problem. You probably missed something earlier, double check that you did everything, talked to everyone, read the documents etc.
they are roman numerals, but they are broken, you have mentally rebuild them and use the 0-9 number system and then use it to match the A-Z. e.g. A=1, B=2, C=3, etc.
