@@siegfried2k4 yeah I love the ISU 152. Those heat rounds have some impressive pen + they have so much explosives that you don't even need to correctly hit a tank to damage it tho... It's not that impressive in terms of indirect damage.
@@WiLDBoi-zj8dn KV-2 Was planned to become Bunker buster which is best for attacking but in operation Barbarossa it just defense against the attacking enemies not to mention how long it took to reload with inexperienced crews there is also said that some KV-2s didn't received any ammunition at all when they got sent to frontline

So if HE is relevant again, thus making artillery drops also more affective, do you think Gaijin is preparing for self-propelled artillery vehicles to become a new line?
I highly doubt it. Self propelled artillery vehicles would be OP while working with squad members, and the fact that you could shoot several high caliber guns firing rounds at low tier vehicles. And spawn shooting would be OP as you could be in the safety of spawn and experience no arty to kill you. But it would be a great edition
@@Deno438 one could argue that when working with teammates, any vehicle can turn op. Problems would exist of course but I think then can be worked around.
@@ryman8989 Let’s face it, we’re all playing with strangers and no one would bother to stay with you, except one could argue that they would only “help you” by using you as bait, or by them calling out random enemies and have you arty them, potentially tracking, knocking out their barrel, or killing them. And lightly armored vehicles are just free kills for AA, planes, or other arty vehicles.
I just realized, some tanks in WT are based off of arty vehicles, thus having them have trailers with more ammo, and crew, as IRL arty vehicles. But that means that those vehicles are the stock models (I think that’s what they call cars with 0 additional features) meaning that you are necessarily correct.
doubt it, maps are too small for that to make sense for most arty, unless they were also prepared to fix the maps and i think we all know how gaijin does that

wont work. destroyed shermans have different textures and color schemes. If this was war thunder many years ago, it would work with all the AI shermans in the battlefield

Here’s a really cheese video idea some people might get mad at, take out the kv1 ziS-5 and when you get to where the enemy is face your backside and angel, it’s a fun time on medium range maps and even in close range it works wonders
HE buff is very welcome. I used to always use my Sherman 105 and go Tiger hunting when HE had more pen. The pen might be the same, but that HE damage buff makes it worthwhile to use again.
I've been playing this tank more recently after the update, and it really is a breeze. Combined with the M5 in the french tree and the CCKW 353 AA, dream team!
KV 2 and SU 152 are both amazing now cannot recommend them highly enough. Most fun I have had in WT in I don't know how long using those things against Tigers, Stugs and Shermans
i once tried to save a T35 getting bullied by a stug and a Ho I in the M4A3 105. I got both the stug and Ho I, but the t35 didn't make it because fire. If only the m4a3 was faster
