So not only does he resist a simple fingerprint for ID, he resists arrest and gains charges. His pathetic family is just as bad. He also has no grounds for any lawsuit or complaints. It's crazy how stupid people really are.
Blah blah blah…all he had to do was SHUT UP…and get fingerprinted and he would have been out…like he keeps up with the laws…he drives with no driver’s license and insurance!!
Lawd have mercy... Why is everyone 'bro'.. this irks the heck out of me... AND.. .Mr Flowers allowed this to escalate. No DL, No insurance, driving, Fake license plate. so just what was legal about any of this. What makes it worse...it seems they, the woman and Mr Flowers are 'something' one to the other, but she called the cops on him, right?
He likes it I love it, for the weak BM🐑 lay down with fleas😡its what u get you'll never be one of them, they was fishing for something the min second cop said it's been many domestic calls😱 No care for those kids get ur life right say No to entitlement🙏🏽
I guess his 2 white buddies didn't see Mr. Flowers start resisting when the fingerprinting was mentioned. If this guy didn't have such a ridiculous idiotic immature reaction everything would have been fine. Jesus Christ this guy is crazy. Typical over-reaction that always leads to problems. Can you say escalation?
Great content once again! We need to spread the word to family and acquaintances to sub and support. Thanks for your hard work and due diligence! #ThinBlueLine
That whole situation was strange. I willing to bet that sex or drugs are somehow involved with these characters. I am also willing to bet that that house is the "problem house"" in the cul de sac. Ten kids and four grown adults in a 1500 sq ft house is very odd.
So ignorant and nasty for what ? Because he thinks he is above the law he shouldnt have been in the car with no Ls and he should have complied SMH he is like a a toddler in a mans body i dont want him to touch me lol
I think the possibility of a different outcome could have happened if what the judge ordered was explained to him a little better. I didn't even realize what was going on at first! He evidently trusted one of the cops and was asking him to help him with what was going on (in his own way). Not trying to play armchair cop, but this had cringe factor.
When you yell and interrupt people over and over and won’t let people fully explain things to you it’s because you know you’re wrong and don’t wanna except it. The only point he has was that they should have told him up front that he was going to have to come downtown to be fingerprinted then let go. Ether way if you ignore police orders I have no sympathy for basically anything that happens to you as a consequence, weather you have the moral high ground or not. They are the laws enforcement and have guns, ignoring their authority is stupid.
Well it's a small Podunk town so if the town choose to have people with uninsured vehicles fingerprint good for Sherwood. There are consequences to your actions.
No, pending in the courts right now. Court date 6/8/22. Initially they charged him with Battery 2nd Degree which are felonies but the Prosecutor dropped those down to Battery 3rd (misdemeanor).
The battery chargers need to be going the other way. There was no need for all that crap, I suppose the one cop that fell on the ice is charging Mr Flowers for his own ability to not be able to walk properly in adverse situations? I'm surprised they're not checking to see if he has home owners of rental insurance because of his injuries to his ego when he fell :)
He definitely has a point about the need for up-front explanations. We’re currently being taught in my academy that people just want answers and to be told at first what’s going on. Springing stuff on people at the last second leads to this. Should people still cooperate? Absolutely. But do I understand based on my training why he was upset? Yes!
He also lied about saying his license wasn’t suspended - I agreed w what you said until that fact. Rhetorical ?s vs educated guesses is probably something they’re trying to convey to you w Being up front ! Sometimes you can’t just give an answer (as a police officer) as well. For instance the female officer asking so many ?s at once AND the same question. Lol what about that? What was her deal do you think?
@@ryanc2927 he obviously shouldn’t have lied about the license, but once it’s found out he should be told, “hey, because of your license situation we have no choice but to run you down to the station to get prints. We’ll drive you back home, it’ll take 5 minutes, no worries.” And I think he said what her deal was in the video, she was confirming his story by asking it over-and-over again. That’s why he didn’t like that because he was indeed being truthful about that part.
He had a suspended license (and lied about it), had no insurance, had improper tags, and then decided he'd just walk away when told he must come down to get fingerprints. How about he just complies with the law? Your argument is that he was truthful about one small part of the incident and wasn't immediately told that he'd need to give fingerprints....so what? When you break several laws repeatedly (license was already suspended) then you should expect and accept that bad things are going to happen. I've been arrested several times, I never resisted and I fully expected that bad repercussions could potentially happen when I broke the law. Lying and resisting is NEVER the answer. Like they say, "Play stupid games and you win stupid prizes."
I wholeheartedly disagree. He stated that he complied and came back outside for 20mins. Upon a traffic incident, he MUST comply and provide the requested documents, or else now he has not only fled the scene yet not complied. The officer was new and at no point did anyone state that he was FREE or dismissed from the investigation. He wasn't going inside till it was time to comply/ go to jail. He was hostile the entire investigation! I believe that he was treated fairly throughout this interaction. He needs to be held accountable and relaxed. Simple as that.
My stomach dropped when I heard him pleading. Memories of George Floyd pleading for his life, came flooding in. Not having a driver's license, insurance and walking away from the police will lead to physical contact, court, jail and bail. No excuse for not having either of those while driving/ operating a vehicle. The law is the law... Obide by it! This guy is angry with folks. Typo...meant the wrong folks!
Now that's what you get for driving with no insurance no an expired driver license. Karma will get you and it did get him. I'm not sure why you are bitching.
Son you was in the wrong place at the wrong time no matter what is said they all just a like but why yall should have had respect for his children SMDH
I’m glad they dropped everything. Sgt. lady escalated the situation unnecessarily. Had they clearly explained to you what was needed, it would have made the situation a lot better. I’m sorry that happened to you, but I’m also glad I was able to show how they do. Stay up.
These MF Police be doing too much. This is why people are in jail for unnecessary reasons. "I felt this man when he said He thought he was going inside with his Family" I heard he is A New Officer. But that's unexceptable and A Sorry Ass excuse.
You’re right - the full video was nearly an hour long. You say “they cut it out I look good police work”. So - just to clarify - you think I cut this video to make the officers look good? REALLY? Guess you missed the intro where I mentioned to the viewers that he was innocent until proven guilty. I can assure you this wasn’t favoring the police. I saw what happened with my own two eyes.
I do agree they could've went about that differently. I Understand why it escalated, but if they had went about it a different way it wouldn't have escalated. That was messy in my opinion
I can’t stand these disgusting officers, and I normally always back up the blue line…. This department needs to conduct an internal investigation for corruption!!What a waste of tax payers money! All the paperwork and even a computerized depiction drawn out with tons of typing and paperwork! 🤮🤮Trying to train a new officer the wrong way!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Take the L folks. They were professional with Flowers. They probably should have just saved 15 minutes of talking and gone & done what they needed to do and get him back to the house. Outside of that, Mr Flowers taking the L on this.
