The hotel was opened in 2014, the renovation was carried out in 2023 (new villas were built, rooms, bistro, bar and pastry shop, shopping street, main restaurant were renovated, deck chairs and sofas were updated, exterior cladding of the main building, mini club were renovated).
The total area of the territory is 130,000 m².
It consists of the main 2-story building with elevators and a complex of 2- and 3-story bungalows and villas.
The hotel accommodates guests with disabilities, there are also wheelchairs (for a fee).

Beach
A private sand and pebble beach is located next to the hotel.
The length of the beach is 450 m.
