I was lucky enough to be in the studio audience for this show. I had no idea she was this good! And the band is exceptional too. It was great seeing it again after all these years.
Hallelujah...I watched the original broadcast of this show. The next day I got on my motorcycle and tried to buy the record at The House of Guitars, a big record shop in Rochester, NY. I had caught the tail end of the show so I didn't know the artists name (who I had already fallen in love with-lol) I was unsuccessful. Still my favorite performance by Sheryl. I fall in love again every time I watch it.
I saw this on PBS late at night when it first broadcast. I was by myself, kids in bed, was awestruck by two songs: Home, and Hallelujah. Its still my favorite version of Hallelujah. I never forgot it, and gratefully, that memory led me here.
I saw this late one night on Public Television when I was in high school. I'd heard her music on the radio before and picked up Tuesday Night Music Club used on CD, but seeing this live really made me appreciate her skills in music. I bought everything other CD or DVD I could get my hands on after that point. Also got to see her, Lance Armstrong and Robin Williams onstage in her concert near where I was living on her Wildflower tour. Hands down, one of the best live shows I've ever seen.
Where is one of her songs from the 2006 Disney movie "Cars" (Real Gone)? It isn't on this video. They could bring "West 54th" back. I agree with PBS, Lenovo, Automatic Productions, SMV Enterprises, Warner Music Group, Miss Tisdale, Blondie Girl Productions and National Office of Drug Control Policy.
