That is the exact strategy I used. I love this game so much. A small little indie game, that was so well made. It can't end like this. We need a Shieldwall : Troy sequel, or whatever. The gameplay feels smooth when moving through your troops, and the game is so well made..
When I do this level and leave Green as last, they stay in the Senate building, but they are impossible to defeat. I took 15%AS als flag sigil and all upgrades when to Attack damage and still I couldn't defeat them. What I mean is that is a bit silly that the AI can keep spamming troops even though they only control 1 flag, and you have wiped their army at least 10 times.
Interesting idea. Not sure it makes sense though. If I remember my Roman history Antony was actually with Caesar at the Senate that morning but was pulled aside by other senators before the attempt. I don’t think Octavian was even in Rome at the time. On the other hand, Octavian is the one who actually fought and killed the conspirators armies afterwards, so I guess either could work…
