To shift: Stop worrying about it so much, detach, it’s not a big deal you WILL shift. First do something that calms you down, whether that’s listening to music, self care, meditating, yoga whatever but in order to shift you must be calm, especially for ur first go. Then if you have a script, read it. If not, that’s fine but make sure you know exactly where ur shifting to, ur name age etc. Especially for baby shifters it can be helpful to write one but keep it short and sweet if u can. Next, get super sleepy, personally I just lie down and try to get as close to sleeping without actually falling asleep Once u are super sleepy, now it’s time for ur method (u don’t need one but it can be very helpful for someone who has never shifted) Personally when I started, raven worked best for me, but whatever method u choose, make sure that it is quiet, if you want to use music or earplugs to block out any noises that’s fine. Relax, you will shift, don’t panic if you get symptoms, don’t worry if u don’t. You will eventually get there, I promise. 1111 222 333

i was listening to this with headphones while my mom was listening to music on a speaker and whenever i would take out my headphones, her music would sound so robotic. all i would hear for a couple of moments after taking out my headphones would be a cacophony of buzzing and mechanics. after making this discovery i tried it several times to be sure i was right and it happened every time without fail. the vibrations from the music we listen to on the daily compared to the vibrations we hear when listening to theta waves and binaural beats are so different. these beats are not just a mixture of sounds like were used to. its designed for us to pick up differently. its not just for pleasure. we benefit from this in a way that we cant benefit from anything else. i truly believe these videos are capable of opening us up to new possibilities that we dont even know the full extent of yet. they reach into a different part of our brain, helping us to reach what we all have the ability to become.

Since im bored im gonna keep updating here! day 1: literally nothing, no symptoms so i just fell asleep day 2: woke up in cold sweat for some reason even though it was cold in my bedroom day 3: My arms and legs were tingling slightly, my body felt really light and i could see a really faint light infront of me day 4: really really intense pins and needles in my left foot, literally couldn't move my foot because of it but then I fell asleep day 5: I felt tingles in my body but then i immediately fell asleep, but then when i woke up in the morning i had really strong pins and needles in my left foot. day 6: immediately fell asleep lmao, had a strange dream though day 7: i fell asleep lolol
