Hi! Thanks for this review. Just have a question. How do you adjust the heights of the TravelPod Mini? I recently bought one but mine seems stuck on one height, and the knob doesn't seem to want to rotate. Thanks in advance!

Hi! thank you so much for the awesome review...Very helpful and I've learnt a lot! Question for you, how do you see the 18mm wide lens comparing to the ultra wide mode on the iPhone 13 pro? For some reason, I feel the image quality without the 18mm lens is actually better. Appreciate your input. Thanks!

I would agree with that - the native wide angle lens on the iPhone doesn’t have the vignetting/distortion that you see with the ShiftCam 18mm. With that said, there are times I appreciate that distortion to help drive where I want the viewers eye to be drawn to. Sometimes having the entire range totally tack in focus and sharp doesn’t have a great effect on the final video.

A little late but I think the purpose of having a wide angle lens on the normal lens is that since each lense's sensor quality is different, and with the quality and also low light performance being best on the normal lens, it allows you to get that same performance with a different focal length.

Hello! I just bought I new kit for my iPhone 11, but only with the macro lens! I know it’s seems to soon to ask, but is it good? The photos are good? I worked a month with moment lens they were pretty great!

Hi Iolanda! It is early, but my first impressions are that the ShiftCam lenses are at least as good as Moment if not better. Also, their mount system feels much more durable and safe than Moments. If you can get a good price on the ShiftCam lenses, I’m comfortable in recommending them.

Not try to be negative. But with all these parts , it doesn’t make sense anymore to carry all of them and plus add the cost on the top. Alternatively , I can add a bit more money and get real camera with better sensor and get provisional shots.

That’s a great question! I think it totally depends on how you look at it. If you compare that price to the total of the items individually it’s a steal, right? But if you would only actually use one or two of the items in the bundle it’s probably not the best price for your needs. It’s pretty subjective. For me though, I thought it was a bargain and I swooped it up!

Thank you so much. I did end up getting the bundle. I really don’t know if I’ll use them all but I felt like I’d rather have them and not need them than need them and have to buy them for regular price.

No issues getting delivered with all the negative comments on their Facebook site with people not getting theirs and when asking for refunds no answer from shiftcam ?

I was worried after seeing all of those comments, but I didn’t have any issue. Package shipped quickly, arrived from China within a 5 days as promised. Everything was smooth and fast.
