Install is super easy, just locate the connector behind the acceleration pedal and connect the module between the harness and the pedal. You can check the other install videos on our RU-vid page!
Hi there, it didn't look like it in the video but does this plug into the OBDII port? Is it just the harness that connects to the throttle? And will this void any OEM warranties? Thanks!
Just a harness that plugs to the acceleration pedal. Won’t void warranties as you can remove it in a minute if needed. It won’t leave trace that it was ever installed.
@@BeatSonicUS It makes the revolutions drop slightly slower to keep the car from being so jerky in between gears 1-2 and 2-3, this can be overridden with an ECU tune because the ECU tells the throttle system to hold rev there to ensure the change can be done at a reasonable pace and that when it rengages it doesn't hit hard. If you alleviate the rev hang be prepared to relearn your shifting habits. I did this with my Fiesta ST and it made a world of difference and my shifts were smoother and much better without the rev hang. This would need to be done through tuner's not a throttle system because all this upgrade does is make the throttle response faster temporarily. Great product though and if you're looking to have fun with your Rolla hatch I would recommend it. Not sure who does ECU tuning though.
What model is your corolla hatch exactly? Here in Australia they all come in auto. Would love to get my hands on a manual one. Currently driving 2022 corolla sx hatch
nah bro, we have manuals here? there a little rarer and are actually being discontinued this year but you can get your hands on a 2019-2022 for similar price to the cvt version

It makes a difference which mode you select on the factory system as this device will work together with the mode you select on the factory system. For example, eco mode on factory while sport mode on this device will be less aggressive compared to sport on factory and sport on this device.
will this help with cold weather when the throttle response is initially pressed ? this cars throttle is pretty lazy on a cold day in 1st gear with a manual transmission

@@BeatSonicUS. Thanks. It just that I reverse out of my garage then I put it in drive and I’m locked out. I’m on a busy street and the app makes me log in the password again and car behind me are honking like crazy.
