Deku after a bunch of training arcs, and a tournament arc: *Learns how to move and use blackwhip for a second or two* Shigaraki after a single training arc and a flashback:
I know it’s a joke and I get it but I still want to give it logic so bear with me. I think it’s because Shiggy didn’t really gain any strength quirk-wise after the training arc and flashback, more like he unlocked power he already had just didn’t access. Joke was 10/10 though I like it
@@mediokay508 I ain't talking about his full stress mode appearance, shigaraki's bloodied forehead here resembles re destro's stress mask more than stain
0:53 man i just love this scene, his joy and hapiness as the entire city gets destroy around him simply because he undestood who he is, and together with this sound, is just perfect.
I see you mixed some scenes from the earlier episode as well so nice touch to stretch it for the ost to fit in, but I think the ost should be a little louder so the voice acting doesn't overshadow it
You're telling me that they changed this insane guy, with all that boss pose, for an eyeless muggle who can't even hold the viewer in the story without everything being his fault ?
It becomes really stupid because it unironically makes All For One look like an idiot. When he was talking to jeanist "oh I don't need your quirk, it's based off skill and that wouldn't suit Tomura." Bullshit you were gonna take his body anyway. And even then, why not just have it just in case? And there are more examples that his 'genius plans' make him look like a fucking moron. It would have been better if the body snatch thing wasn't a plan and Tomura being AFO's successor showed how good all for one was at picking someone to succeed him. But nope.
@@dannyovr1500 Exactly, this is the narrative choice I hate the most in My Hero, not only did it completely ruin Shigaraki's entire long development (which is now useless and idiotic) and turn All For One into a dumbass that only serves as a poorly made Palpatine who doesn't even have charisma as a villain
I prefer the scene with "shigaraki's liberation" theme but thank you to have maked it with that one, to see the difference. Now we know personaly what will have be the best in our perspective. Thank you :)
Not just the city, but before we see the hospital is in the mountains. Afterwards we dont see any mountains. This guy not only turned a third of a city to dust and everyone in it, but the ENTIRE MOUNTAIN RANGE around them - after the decay wave and he's left standing by the lab equipment: its completely flat all around him
@@sev1626 do u read manga because shigaraki> all for one after kill bakugo shigaraki kill all heroes and all for one is happy and want give him more power
You telling me his decay works that fast? So if he fell from the air and touched the top of a building with his hand, the building break down faster than the inpact of the fall can affect Shigaraki? Doesn’t he have full control of Decay? Like, he can turn it on or off or he can change how much damage he inflicts on someone (kinda like when he touched Chisaki’s arm and only part of it started to crack instead of his whole body) or something?
Decay upgrade info: Yes, his power upgraded so he can turn it off and on, and when he turns it on he can use 1 finger at it will work, just at a slower rate, the more fingers he applies the faster the rate of decay. As for the building question, possibly, he can also decide who his powers don't affect, that's why Gigantomachia wasn't decayed. Not to mention the decay now spreads to whatever is making contact with that he is decaying, so it spreads. I think this is mostly correct, I may have missed something but this should be mostly correct.
I personally think it works through emotions. The happier and more free he feels in that moment, the more destructuve his power can be. That's why when he decayed Aizawa's arm, it wasn't completly gone (just some of the skin) but in this scene he was able to destroy an entire city. He was in a epiphany, in extasis. He was feeling such strong emotions of freedom and happiness in that moment that his decay destroyed absolutly everything. The same can be told of his 5 year old self when he killed his family, he wasn't tied up still but wasn't happy, so he destroyed the house and that's it. Still way bigger than decaying some of Aizawa's skin and meat (which was replaceable) in USJ. Also, as Mr Half Wit said, the quirk upgraded so the power of it can be bigger and also can be shut off if Shigaraki wants. Before this, Shigaraki's power was always on.
Nono, it works. Whenever you think about a _nightmare scenario,_ it's probably not something that happens in _broad daylight, when it's calm and beautiful out._ Even if it does, whatever you're imagining, will usually _color the sky._ It's like walking your dog, hearing whistling from all around, looking up, and seeing the wave of falling carpet bombs. Arguably that's worse.
