Itoi's voice doesn't sound like the "Cartoon Accent" you expect to hear in cartoons. Then again, it's Studio Ghibli, so I can expect this kind of quality from it. Itoi's such a cool guy...

You cannot grasp the true form of Shigesato Itoi!

He sounds so natural and real, it almost sounds unnatural in a film or an anime. It’s honestly refreshing.
