I say it in pretty much every comment but I relate with you to a scary degree. But on the note of not taking you too seriously I've found I benefit from NOT scheduling my day out too much, because I tend to fall into feeling like if I don't do things at "set" times I get really stressed and I have to remind myself it's all made up and stress I'm causing myself. The first streamer I ever watched regularly talked about cancelling his cable because his DVR was becoming like a second job, and as I try to break out of being a shut-in I find the need to understand that going out to do different things instead of doing the same thing at the same time every day won't kill me.
