Thank you sir! I was trying to find a video that showed the break system of this exact real and you made it about as simple as simple can get. I own a daiwa tatula and a Shimano curado DC and both have different break systems than this. Cant wait to try the MGL now!
Maaaan I have a few Shimano reels, K, M, DC curados, even the Stradic spinning model. I love em. Smooth action !! Been soaked in the rain a few times last summer and they are still as Smooth as ever 💪. The K, and M On medium Shimano convergence rods will sling a light crank a ways away hahaha I love em.
You can if it's properly adjusted but larger bodied reels with bigger spools would be better suited for heavy baits. This reel was specifically made to handle lighter baits.
