Hi friends,
In this video I will share my shimeji mushroom with tomato sauce recipe that you can use for any kinds of pasta, pizza or pizza toast.
What you need:
Pasta of your choice- boiled the pasta according to the package
Shimeji mushroom with tomato sauce:
2 tbsp of Olive oil
2 packs of shimeji mushrooms ( or mushrooms )
200-300 grams of minced beef
2 bay leaf (tear them before adding as its aroma will become noticeable)
1 onion - cut into diced
2-3 green bell peppers-cut into small pieces
salt and pepper to taste ( 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper)
2 tbsp of soy sauce (* if you think that the soy sauce you’re using is strong,lessen the amount of salt)
Optional- 2 tbsp of Tonkatsu sauce
2 beef cubes or bouillon
*** I didn’t use beef cubes in this video.
*You can freeze this sauce for a month.
