If you know your history you many be expecting some architecture in India designed and constructed while the country was under British rule. You may envision colorful Hindu temples. Some with giant statues to Hindu gods. Ones like this one of Hanuman which is perched at the perfect location to be admired and towers over your head when visiting. But, when you think of India, do you think of mountains? Do you think of forest covered land and lush green grass? Do you think of Christian churches that stand 90 feet tall? True but sadly most of mainland India is covered with agriculture that destroyed many many forests... It clearly shows how little nature left here except far north or northeast or south... Anywhere u go by train mostly u will find agriculture... Very little pure nature left... Yeah rivers are getting dirty and all these are other problems and all... We indian citizens have hurt our nature so bad...Rivers lakes trees... Almost dead except these rare places

Yeah but sadly most Indian tourists come to Himachal and then destroy its peace and beauty and act too rude and act as if they own the place

Shimla has indeed shocked me to the core - what a thoroughly interesting and beautiful place. Loved the shakes to start things off, it was also good to see the uniforms and traditional cloths throughout the video - you can tell there's a lot of pride rooted in them. Glad you got the chance to dress up yourself, looked like a very unique experience that you don't just get anywhere. You both looked very smart and the final print was great. You guys are rocking India!!

ndian coffee house is a cooperative movement seen all over India where the workers hold the shares and there is as such not one owner but a cooperative society, the attire they wear is common all over India and is not particular to Shimla. During the late 1890s, the idea of an "India Coffee House" chain was formed. The concept of coffee houses began to gain popularity in the 18th century in Madras and Calcutta. However, as part of the racial discrimination policy of the British rulers, native Indians were not allowed into these coffee houses, which were mainly Europeans-only establishments. During the late 1890s, the idea of an "India Coffee House" chain was formed. The India Coffee House chain was started by the Coffee Cess Committee, the first outlet - then named ‘India Coffee House’ - opened in Churchgate, Bombay in 1936, and was operated by the Indian Coffee Board.] In the course of the 1940s there were nearly 50 Coffee Houses all over British India. due to a change in the policy in the mid-1950s, the Coffee Board decided to close down the Coffee Houses. Encouraged by the communist leader A. K. Gopalan (AKG), the workers of the Coffee Board began a movement and compelled the Coffee Board to agree to hand over the outlets to the workers who then formed Indian Coffee Workers' Co-operatives and renamed the network as Indian Coffee House.

@@WITYTRAVELS it is because there are lots of negativity in golden Triangle. world identifies India with negativity only and RU-vid is no different. those who show positive side of India their videos will not show up in RU-vid recommendation. if they show too much of positivity about India their videos get mass reported. based on those false reporting RU-vid demonetise their account and they cannot make videos any more. whenever someone makes biased untruthful negative videos about India those videos get viral with millions of views and more. if this video of Shimla gets more views it would be because of Indians but if you make video on Old Delhi then that video will be watched by foreigners mostly.

India currently has a fertility rate of 1.9 babies, population growth rate of 0.6% and a median age of 29 and Western media is talking about booming population of India. If India had implemented 1 child policy then it would have had a fertility rate of 1.2, population growth rate of -0.5% and a median age of 40. Do you think Western media would have admired India? They would have made documentaries on India's looming demographic disaster. Recently a Kenyan pastor who ran a Christian cult killed 50 people, if there was a pastor like that in India and he was arrested then International media would have made documentaries on Christian persecution in India. So Westerners shouldn't get information about India from Western media. Since India markets itself as a democracy western media tries to promote dissent within India in order to test the democratic credentials of India. Also they are living under an illusion that only Western values can create societies with tolerance, diversity and multiculturalism. They cannot understand that how can a society with non-Western values promote Unity in Diversity, Mutual respect and Multiculturalism. They would want India to disintegrate into 30 countries like former Yugoslavia.
