Thank you for this comment. Having people you are looking up to always is a good thing, because they keep you motivated. But don't try to be like someone else entirely. If you see someone move you will only see the outcome of years of practicing, you will never see the hard work behind it. Keep this in mind & don't let yourselg get upset. A goal you aim for can only be achieved through hard work & discipline If you're willing to, you will get there. Never give up & Never stop dreaming ;)
Every few years or so, I desperately try to find this video and watch it. It reminds me of when I was young and only wanted to learn rail flow. I never learned it, but every few years I keep telling myself that I will. I kept getting side tracked by different goals and objectives that ended up not meaning a whole lot. Maybe I keep going back because I'm afraid to get what I really want. Maybe I just want to keep saying "maybe next time". To everyone out there with a dream, I know life's not always fair. So start early, keep focused and work hard. You may or may not succeed, but at least you'll do better than me. Someone who never really tried.
Yo man, this hits home. Thank you for your words, I promise you I will do the work needed to get to my goals. But it's not too late. I started my parkour 8 years ago, like you told myself every few months that I would train seriously my flow and rail flow. I never did it really as I was too much on classic moves and strength (, not meaning a whole lot neither, and I ended up hurting myself). It was only this february that, after 2 months of pause because of quarantine in my country, and to heal my injury, I started moving only on rails. I'm not as good as Minh 8 years ago yet, but it's coming, my sense of flow is growing and it's very nice. Just start now, take 30 minutes and go spin on that bar, you won't regret it.
I am almost 16 now and this Video was my inspiration back then almost 7 years ago to start with Parkour and Freerunning...i watched it like the 20th time now and it still gets cooler everyday i watch it 😳
I can't explain what I feel with this video. That's not nice, tha's.. really... precious... Just like dacing with the freedom, just like kissing the art. Impresionant, my friend.
I was 14 years old when I saw this video, the song and the movements left me marked, a while ago I searched like crazy to find it and now I save it and even download it, perfect!.
I remember seeing that Video back in 2010 when it was uploaded and loved it from the first seconds on. Very nice to see that video again after so many years :)
Why do I love this video? Because they put that Rail there so that if someone wanted to, they could use it to help them walk up / down the slope, Look what this guy's done with it. Amazing.
I just re-watched this video for the 1000000th time, and can tell you man it's one of the 10 best videos ever on RU-vid! In my opinion, at least...Hope to see more from you soon man! -Naïm-
Whenever I need a spark in my training I somehow find myself watching this video over and over - whether I mean to or not. It's all the passion and fun of a Shade video, yet elegant and smooth. One of the few true masterpiece PK videos in existence. Bravo, Minh. Oh, and... MAKE MORE VIDEOS. Don't worry about them living up to this. I, for one, just want to see you move more. :)
Best rail flow I've ever seen... You not only had a ton of techniques you used, but you chained them together quickly and fluidly with isn't something I see often enough. Just amazing
So glad that YT find it for me, saw it for the first time a looong time ago and wanted to remind myself good old times when I trained too. But I returned partially back, because that's what made me really happy and healthy. This is a real art, so satisfying whatching it again.
Wow!!!
So this is what Flow actually means! Re-watched it many times and dude, this is crazy. Just love to watch it over and over again. One of my Favorites. Keep on training! Congrats! :)
Nice movement! It's good for your coordination and condition. I love the flow and the way you paste every single vault in one run. Pure movement! Peace
i cant explain how much i loved this. and will in future. the best video out here, solo flow session.. just you and the moment.. still coming back to it and will in future.. much love!
When I started training for first time , this was the first video I saw and was the revelation of the flow and thanks to this video understood as create movement
A really creative way of moving smooth, after your video from you moving in London I was a lott of times wondering where your next video was waiting for. This is the anwser! Great flow my friend!

Every move is a part of the next. Amazing flow really. I've come back to this video several times, for the vibe in the music and the skill you show. Keep it up man, really great stuff.
Great video and i mean that really! So calm and powerful, and that shot of the sky is like a cherry on top. beautiful flow and a good track to go with it. keep it up man
Haven't seen anything this creative in a while! Awesome job bro, I shall be taking some notes from you, keep the videos going and train safe, from Canada!
Awesome video. I've always told myself that training alone is depressing, but now I understand that probably it's only because I haven't found a good, peaceful place to train.
