So stinkin cute y’all!!! Shine is growing up right before our eyes and I get so darn excited to see the updates. Just FYI for new parents- it’s recommended for babies to sleep on their back which has been shown to decrease the risk of SIDS. Just letting you know xo ps can it be vlogmas all year round! ❤️

@@estherajayi1033 your comment made me curious so decided to look it up but I only found studies and articles about SIDS and African Americans and it seems to be based on cultural differences. But it’s still important to take precautions to prevent SIDS as there have been many studies that prove back sleeping prevents sudden death. 💕

Happy One Month baby Shine, growing so perfectly and beautifully. Happy One month as parents to you Riss and Quan. There is nothing more fulfilling than being a parent. Cherish every moment because these little humans grow up so fast. Also, do not feel the need to justify your way of parenting your baby to anyone. Yes, you will ask for advice or even get advice from your family, friends and fans (always from a good place), but that's just it advice. If you feel judged by someone, then you do not need that energy. At the end of the day, do what feels right to you and Shine, because he will definitely communicate what he likes and doesn't. Only you will know your baba way better than anyone. Focus on just taking your time, enjoying your baby, enjoying your family. Parents learn for life, it does not end with babyhood. Shine took it like a distracted champ actually😂😂😂. The method was effective. Also, Rissa there is nothing to be ashamed about wanting to sit with your kid in a car ride while the other couple drives. In Nigeria, this is even quite expected especially when the child is below a year. Happy One Month Old, Shine.
