key really is the all-around member of shinee. his dancing is so underrated, he raps well (even in english), and his vocals are no joke. i wish people would see key's talents beyond the "he's the funny/sassy one" image
I love the choreography: they were collapsing, they were falling on each other, they were feeling. The fluidity in their motions reflected their emotional state so beautifully, I want to dance with them and lose myself in the music and their grief. This is so different from the usual sharp movements one sees in Kpop, it's refreshing. The gradual addition to their pace as they dance might symbolize their process of healing and fighting. The empty chair, the exhaustion in their body makes it so heartbreaking. Their choreographer did an amazing job. I just... I'm not a SHINee fan, but this might turn me into one.
Finally someone that really understand how amazing this music and dance is !!! Everytime I watch this vídeo I feel my sadness going away with theirs, this is a master piece !!
@@Alpha-nc6ie hi can you tell me where i can found that video of koharu explaining the choreography? I've a big fan of her her dance lrt all about intensed feelings🥹🥹🥹
SHINee has been around for 10 years, known for their difficult choreography that only they can pull off with the amount of grace and synchronization they have, it's why we say "SHINee is one." They don't need to prove themselves with flashy choreography and besides, this is absolutely beautiful. Onew my baby 😍💚
it's a structural freedom. All the coordination is in the little joints and limbs now, the elbows, the knees and the asymmetry. This is all because of Taemin's 'Move'.
Yeah, you right. When you look back. Its not only their music evolve, but their choreography too Working with mama-Rino, to Tony Testa, Ian eastwood and now with koharu-san, I got to see different dance style and signature from each choreographer, and SHINee really bring that out very well
@ Zia Ts Truthfully when the MV out, I couldn't figure out the choreo. And then the live version, I still cannot put it together until Mnet released the MPD fancam version..and then I realized this choreo is legit on diff level
This choreo feels very free, it's like someone dancing naturally and not really a practiced choreography, not the whole thing ofc but some parts like when the backup dancers come in.
@@Chikorita2Chante didn't she choreographed this one too? I remember reading somewhere- I also love the fact that Taemin introduced her to SHINee cause he wanted them to be friends I'm hshsshjs Anyway lol her style can be seen very clearly! she's an excellent choreographer
KOHARU - THE LEGEND BEHIND CHOREOGRAPHING THIS. SHES SUCH A LEGEND, UGH HER MIND, I love seeing her choreo such a talented dancer. SHInee ...such amazing dancers, they way they executed this choreo and the emotion and just the whole contemporary feel - I can't think of a group who fits this better than SHINee, this is truly SHINee's element. I love them so much, such kings. This song too, makes me feel so good ...but that's always how SHINee's music makes me feel, so powerful and genuine. I'm so proud of you all.
omg i didn't know koharu made this. i don't know if you know rino, but she's the one who made countless of choreos for shinee early on and some for other artists in sm too. i love that shinee often works with brilliant ladies :)
In a interview she said that she thought Shinee always did extremely difficult choreographies and it may be very tiring. So for once, at least, she wanted to let them relax a bit in the choreography and expressing the emotions at the last part of the song. She also mention that she felt more confortable talking to Onew because he has a friendly chill vibe and even his dance moves were like performance art
@@daiishi_kinyoubi That's really nice of her!! I love her choreo for Taemin's Sayonara Hitori and Flame of Love too! 💕💕 They worked together for Taemin's latest solo "Criminal" as well. She really is Taemin's designated choreographer~~
Without a doubt one of the most original and mesmerizing choreographies in the whole kpop world. The way they stay close to each other, touch each other, as if to make sure they’re there, together, is making me emotional. Let’s face it, no other group can do it like SHINee. It’s artistic, it’s passionate, it’s out of this world good.
I have so many things to say about this dance practice 1.finally after so long we got dance practice again, it's been 5 years 2.that first part of the choreo tho they are not moving at all, it's like we watch an art statue 3.Taemin wear casual white shirt and jeans is so pleasing for my eyes, i'm totally love his outfit. Dancer with casual clothes is the best and it's remind me of his Feels Good fancam❤ 4.Jinki in short pants 5.the foot tap so on point...i love how they all synchronize
SHINee taemint yes their last dance practise was #Everybody I think and it was a gift from the boys , I don't know why SM don't upload DP videos for her artists like the other agencies , they only upload EXO & maybe NCT's dp videos
this choreography is an incredible depiction of the grief they must have felt during that time, but it also shows how its possible to heal. they sit with their back slouched and are slow at first, but then they tenderly interact with each other by touching their hands, wrapping each other's shoulders. the way they dance effortlessly, freely and without a constructed formation. they can still find joy. its just spectacular
If you been with SHINee since the beginning youll see that Key was/ is considered a great dancer. He can actually dance almost as good as Taemin...depending on what your looking at that is
Key is one of the most underrated kpop was idols ever. He is an amazing dancer, even sometimes out doing Taemin (Taemin is better, but that’s a big accomplishment) and his vocals are some of the cleanest in the group, as well as his rapping. He is just amazing and I feel I never gets enough love
this choreo alone made me cry. The whole choreography had a story to tell. From the chairs to them moving fluidly and just melting in each other needing each other. You can feel the emotions they trying to convey. The choreographer behind this knows exactly how to tell a story and Shinee executed it with perfection and i don't think any other group could do it as great as they did
This was truly amazing. I'm stepping out of the fan perspective for a bit. The choreo is so well done. It's so simple yet so mesmerizing. Not everyone can pull off a contemporary type of choreo. I think that to pull off this type of dancing, you need feeling. And Shinee definitely has this. I can clearly see the emotions put into every move and it's beautiful. Thank you Shinee for another great piece of art💜
Jonghyun would be so proud of them for continuing on. 2:18 touches me the most, I believe it’s a metaphor that we can always lean on each other through hard times and still rise in the end. Thank you SHINee for do this.
Dancing is one of the biggest factors I take into account when I'm sorting through which kpop groups to be a hardcore fan of, and while there are some of my favorites that have more complex footwork, or perfect synchronization, or use crazy props, SHINee is the only group I can think of that can pull off choreography that's this damn artistic. I physically can't manage to look at it as "a cool dance I'd like to learn to do," because it feels like a piece of art that's fused with the members themselves.
I still think that this is one of the most beautiful choreography in Kpop history I mean, this is not the kind of dance that will make you amazed because of the synchronized moves, but the kind of dance where you can feel the emotion; a dance that looked easy to do but actually really hard to achieve the same feeling as the one SHINee did
I gonna miss Ep 1 "Good Evening" era TT TT but I´m ultra ready for Ep 2 "I Want You" era....5HINee and Shawols fighting!! we gonna give to our boys the wins they deserve :))
I love love this choreography. It feels free and authentic and kind of spontaneous. I have a feeling it would be cathartic to dance, though I'm no dancer and I wouldn't know, really. There are super energised parts (Key at 3:21) and also moments where they can just kind of soften into the slower movements. As always, SHINee did a beautiful job.
This is artistic! I'm impressed 1:29 how Key carries the chair so smoothly and naturally in the flow of dance, 1:37 sets up the last chair with a quick motion, then 1:44 starts dancing passionately as if he did nothing♥
Bangtan Trash Justine it's like throwing back to their Your Number performance video, i try to focus on each member too because they execute the choreo differently
This so so different from the usual SHINee we have seen over the years and it still doesn't fail to have SHINee feels. Like SHINee needs to calm down. They are legends.
2 years ago now and this is still my absolute favourite choreo in kpop history ♥️ thank you koharu, thank you shinee, still can't believe how perfectly subtle and authentic and beautiful this is
SHINee is the only group that have a very unique and different concepts. Their dance also different. I bet SHINee has a special personal choreographer that only SHINee can have. Amazing. -MY PERSONAL THOUGHT-
Sorry for those who think my 'the only group' sentence feel offended. But that is my personal thought. No harm no hate. What I mean is that I never seen that dancing on the chair dance, electric dance in Everybody. I think that are totally different. Other groups also have different concept but PERSONALLY I thought SHINee has a different, unique and unpredictable concepts for every comeback. I love other groups as well esp my beloved group. No need to mention. And I love VIXX since Eternity era and recently I love them more as I watched Hongbin n N on a reality show and yess Shangri-La had unique dance as well (to Rosa).
It is funny -- I was watching Minho most of the time and thinking how under appreciated he's been as a dancer -- and then like a dark horse in comes Key for the win. Just wonderful, soulful dancing.
I’m in love with this choreography. It’s so beautiful and low key hype but also low key chill. Don’t know how that works. It looks like they’re all moving like one, like the part where they’re sitting next to each other on the chairs is so fluent and then they slowly get up while holding on to each other and it just looks so beautiful. I’ve never really felt that a dance could touch me, but this one does. Beautiful.
