They've had the same "official" standing/sitting order since debut: Onew, Taemin, Jonghyun, Minho, Key. :)

+kibummiestolemajams _ Except in Japanese promotions, you'll notice how Taemin stands in center while Jonghyun switches places with him. :) these little details on SHINee are interesting, haha. Like the way they've used each member's unofficial assigned color since debut (green for Onew, yellow for Taemin, red for Jjong, blue for Minho, pink for Key)

How come the big height difference, looks like Minho and Key are taller than Onew, Taemin and Jonghyun by 30cm instead of 5/8 cmm.

OnJongTae are standing further back than Minho and Key so in comparison they look shorter. Minho and Key are the two tallest in SHINee, I think anyway.
