Jonghyun was appreciated, maybe even more than Taemin when he debuted but since then he never got a deserved promotion from the company and he was aware of that. I doubt he ever felt negligence from the fans.
he was appreciated by his fans, the music critics and artist but seemed like it was not enough he wanted everyone to know how hard he worked, he wanted his work to be acknowledge as much as his hard work but i guess he never got it

It is sad to see a video in which Jonghyun praises Taemin while Taemin teases him until the last moment, until he teases him for winning an award before him. This video sucks and shows a Taemin that sucks!
I love how I can hear jonghyun's influence in taemin's style of singing and everything. Not only is it part of that amazing artist's legacy living on and continuing, growing, but it's also a great show of how great he was as a human being, supporting another person like that, actually helping them improve and everything. honestly jonghyun taught a lot of people how to truly love others. he led by example. you can always see the love in his eyes when he looks at people, and he treats everyone with such kindness. this will always stay with me forever.
The Japanese fans got annoyed that Jonghyun's lines were frequently decreased in the Japanese version and given to Taemin instead, but this video shows how misguided they were, Jonghyun would've been joyed at watching Taemin take on more and harder solo lines. It's a terrible thing to lose such a close friend, I hope Taemin can find some peace in the matter. I’ve known about them since 2013 and the hate and bull that people did to jonghyun was repulsive I didn’t even know that Jonghyun had passed until half a year later because of not having wifi but there was still hate going on. He was so beaten down that he actually believed that dying was the only way out and it makes me cry to see that the hate that jonghyun got also go’s to other idols and if the companies and “fans” don’t get that ridiculing them over the years will soon get to them and make them feel caged then more people will resolve to doing the same as jonghyun as they say “A person who commits suicide due to some other people or person, that is not classified as suicide it is known as murder” and if it continues it will soon be a world full of Serial killers.

What you say is true I watch a movie that was gay can't think of the name but it was really good anyway when the movie was finished they were told they were not allowed to go near each other again or play in a other movie together and it was all because of hate in USA we don't care if the ✨ or singers are gay bi or whatever or who they married that's there live and they should be able to be with who they want and we don't hate them fans are not like that here

Omg the whole time while watching this video I kept imagining how Taemin must be feeling right now!! Omg... back then, whenever I saw Taemin's performance and singing, it reminded me of someone, but I wasn't sure who. I just found out here that Jong was the one who taught him. this makes a lot of sense now. Tae really has a very similar singing techniques to Jjong and that was why. Jjong may be gone... but his legacy's continued by Tae. I'm not crying. You are.

It's funny that I thought along those same lines except I think he was grooming him to take over when he wasn't going to be here anymore. While all the members have beautiful voices, Key refers to himself and Minho as visuals and Onew's voice is different than Jonghyun's. Taemin has the closet sound to Jonghyun's voice. He wanted to make sure that Shinee would have continued success in the future. He really loved and supported the other members in whatever they were doing.

Awww I never knew how close their bond was he started the beginning of a legacy and SHINee won't let it be forgotten idk how they do it and continue to do it to this day he was like their glue that held them together then they fell apart and had to learn how to put each other back together again

Taemin is giving superM what he has got from all his shinee hyungs. Shinee is his home,family , friends, teacher, advisor, supporter, fan. Onew is like his true dad , key is like his true mom , jonghyun is like his best partner and companion and minho is his true supporter. I dont know how can a maknae can get all those true loves from his hyungs. If wr look at 3rd or 4th generation idols we wont get that example. But 2nd generation idols are the true and best example of how to love maknae truely and heartly.SPECIALLY SHINEE. key still take care if him like mom. cook for him at his home before sending him to military. Minho has been present to all his concerts and music making. Onew still supports his silly talks and clingy activities by accompanying him or laughing gently without saying anything like dad. And jonghyun used to know his every details and he advised and taught him many things like a teacher and companion. So taemin grow up like this.If you spend your 12 /13 years with those kind of people and stay within those atmosphere you are tend to be that great. I am really proud of each and every member of shinee. I miss jonghyun a lot whenever i heard his voice. I wish some one helped him to get away from his pains .
