SO ADORABLE. Loved the development in this anime, how Favaro did not care about her at all in the beginning and even planned to kill her, and then doing so much for her despite that he doesn't admit it most of the times. This scene made be cry. Glad that it is hinted that Amira is not dead and will be back. Hope for a season 2!!!!

I don't think he wanted to kill her, he's just a demon hunter. A guy you pay to slay demons and she happens to be one but she tricked him into thinking she at first wasn't and then in asking for his help after he found out, she gave him an illusion to make others think he was a demon. Maybe my interpretation of that is all off but they were never in a heated conflict with one another - they both strove for a similar purpose.

the art, the story, everything, IS REALLY GREAT, this is a stupid cardgame they made into an anime, at first i was sceptical, but then wow, this series, blew my mind, best fucking anime probably 2010-2015 the guys behind making this animeseries, props to them, really good job. i cried the manliest tears at the last episode. 9,5/10 anime

When I was watching the anime.. I didn't cry. I just tought it was sad and felt a little heartbreaking. Then I watched again a few times, over and over.. and over Now I don't watch the video, I just listen to it to that background song, to their voices, and my heart breaks more than the first time. It is a very sad ending, Haha now my eyes get all wet and I don't understand why.. But anyway, it's a perfect scene, much better than most animes these days :) and Amira is a great character

I loved this so much but I think the second season is good as well, both seasons made me feel so many emotions and especially the ends where so sad and bittersweet. I really like the development of Nina and charioce, I think Amira has a similar bubbly character as Nina. This whole anime is a masterpiece Definitely one of my favorites!!
