Korean people saying the word n*gga back then in the music industry (especially rap/hiphop) was common and this song is a main example, look up the official lyrics/mv anywhere, they legit said the n word. Shinhwa changed the lyrics themselves which wouldn't make sense if it were naega, because Shinhwa don't actively promote in the U.S like BTS do, there's no incentive for them to change a korean word. Also it wouldn't even make sense in the context of the rap, the entire rap is in english, why would they add a random "naega" in there where it doesn't fit. Not only that, BTS got backlash and had to apologize for using the original lyrics and RM saying the n word in the performance is still remembered to this day. Please do not spread false information

@@bigpynk Namjoon did not know about this word at that time and it was a cover, so the staff didn't do anything about it. He is well aware of his mistake and sincerely apologized for his actions. Shinhwa are the original artists, but whenever they performed the song, they didn't take the word out when they knew. Shinhwa must have also been forced, but it's sucks knowing that the staff did nothing. What I'm mad about is the fact that people always bring this up when talking shit about bts, namjoon didn't know. People act as if bts were the artists who originally sang the song. People never brought up Shinhwa. Not saying that Shinwha should get hate, but the fact that bts got more hate about it.
