I remember now they’d have the lights on for 10 minutes, a break for 5 and then another 10 minutes. At home, 10 minutes on each side of nose. 5 days of lights out of the 7. I hated the lengthy MRI sessions but glad I signed up in case I was lucky enough to get the infrared

I was enrolled in a study over a year ago for those over 65 who have had someone close to them diagnosed with either dementia or Alzheimer’s but not have it themselves. 3 month study thru the university psyche dept here. I don’t know if I had the actual light or if I was in the placebo group. An hour in the MRI machine to start with a lot of cognitive tests. Ended with more cognitive tests and an hour and a half MRI again. I’d go in to get the lights attached to and around my head but on days I didn’t have to go in they gave a a device to attach to the nose as he showed. 15 minutes, if I remember correctly, on each nostril. I’d love to know results if I did get the lights. This is legit. A lot of docs out there talking about it.

I bet you could call them since it's been a year, and find out the study results and if you got the red light or placebo. Did you notice any improvement?

@@ebe8421 Theynsaidmthere was not enough money to be able to do that. I was asked a ton of questions before and after about my memory. My husband was even called to answer their questions about my memory and behavior before me after. I told them I believe I received the placebo or the improvement was so gradual and subtle to be noticed. I was mostly interested in the MRI results of my brain. I do know there was no tumor or anything else to be concerned about growing in there or they would have stopped my study

Thank you. I have added full spine PBM to my chiropractic practice, since the dorsal nerve root is part of the CNS.

Low risk wellness devise? Is this label based on government push back or lack of evidence supporting claims of effectiveness?

@@lacharmer441 I'm not saying the science isn't true, I'm saying your video has no validity and considered mute since you didn't include citations. That makes this video just a plain layman's video. You're definitely not a scientist. Your video is equivalent to hearsay and not a good resource. People who watch this will take it for a grain of salt.

What a difficult man to interview. Just answer the question already. I feel for her.

@Lulu: I was thinking the SAME THING!!! Good interviewer, awful interviewee. I learned in college, where professors involved in research HAD to teach, that someone might be a great researcher and lab mentor, but could MAJORLY SUCK at teaching a group of 300 students in an amphitheater. Ugh!!!! This guy is painful to listen to. I just wish more ppl would be honest with their impressions. He might be great in a lab, but he’s AWFUL in an interview. Kudos to the interviewer however.
