This video is especially fun and exciting to record because "Shining Brightly" is a piece composed by Angela Boraston ( / angelaboraston ), my wonderful Talking Harps ( / talkingharps ) teammate and a brilliant harpist.
What I love about this piece is that you get three versions with the sheet music:
► 26-string harp in the key of C
► larger harp in the key of C
► larger harp in the key of E-flat
This is great because I don't have to rearrange the piece when I play it in on different harps!
In this video, I played the larger harp in C version on my pedal harp with my Keeley Caverns shimmer reverb to echo the twinkles and the sparkly feeling of the piece.
