In memory of Robin Williams, 1951-2014. We've lost a great comedian, brilliant actor, and a fellow anime and video game fan to alcoholism and depression...
I picked a piece in which I can fully express my emotions of his passing. What better way than a Clannad track, right? And with a special Dango Daikazoku insert in the middle.
Good Will Hunting is still one of the best movies that moved me. I felt that his acting wasn't acting, but sincere teaching. It wasn't amazing in a way Heath Ledger was amazing in Batman. It was more like he was speaking as a father to Matt Damon's character. That's something I can never forget... I just finished rewatching it right now actually. Manly tears~
In a way, I'm glad he's not troubled by his personal demons anymore. Rest in Peace, Robin Williams.

I hate this town. It's too filled with memories I'd rather forget. I go to school every day, hang out with my friends, and then I go home. There's no place I'd rather not go ever again. I wonder if anything will ever change? Will that day ever come?

Just finished rewatching Clannad. Such a beautiful series. This is why I love anime piano. Just hearing this song brings back so many memories and emotions from the first time I saw Clannad. It was one of my first animes. Great job as always Ishter! I will somehow make it to the end of the month for these sheets. RIP Robin Williams :(

Shayan Mikovich You have not watched canon, it is way more emotional than clannad. Clannad was even inspired from canon, so get to watching it! (Also this was a beautiful song)

I read the description while this played and it seriously brought me to tears.. Robin Williams was easily my favorite actor.. He did such a great job at giving his characters emotion, giving them life. And it's so hard to believe that the laughing happy man I saw playing as the happy father wanting to see his kids and laughing throughout in Mrs. Doubtfire.. it's so hard to believe that man is gone forever... RIP Robin Williams.. You truly will be forever missed by all.

The melody from this track always gave me a 'miracles are possible' sort of feeling. It's very emotional and yet very uplifting, much like Clannad itself.

Ahhhh the emotions are building up. Clannad was just a feel-trip throughout the series. Hearing this brings those back. On another note, RIP Robin Williams. It's hard to lose such a great person, but like you said Ishter, he's in a better place now. :)

Oh man.. The First anime that made me cried. It is such a life changer, and life savior. It is because of this anime that changed my perspective on life. It made me look forward to the beauty of life. It had such a big impact on me that it will always be my top anime out of 100 anime that I have watched. :)

You got perfect pitch? Sometimes I wish I had, but sometimes I'm glad I don't, because it could disturb me from my performance or listening to music because one note is off tune

therealwhat.. I do have pseudo absolute pitch but that is not necessary in order to tell whether a piano is out of tune. How Can I Tell if My Piano is Out of Tune?

I think it's also matter of good recording hardware. You need high class microphones to record instruments. I guess this is why Ishter almost always records from digital piano.

I don't think the hardware is the issue. I'm a piano major and I record often. It is just the piano need a tuning. that is all.

if youre a true otaku then you have cried watching this beautiful show, clannad has definitely made my top three best animes of all time and i hate to read how people are arguing about who they wanted the show to end with. please just appreciate the damn show and the way it ended because the shows was truly remarkable. Nagisa was perfect for Tomoya and thats that. if u have watched the ovas then you should notice his life doesnt get any better than when he got with nagisa. for example when he got with tomoyo, he would have held her back on becoming something better than his lazy ass, or kyou and yo, they both liked him so that relationship would suck for them mentally. This show made waterfalls come out of my eyes i hope other people can agree with me on this.
