I went to the unlimited time lunch buffet at "Prince Marche" on the second basement floor of Shinjuku Prince Hotel, which is directly connected to Seibu Shinjuku Station.
You can enjoy all-you-can-eat dishes using vegetables from Tokyo, grilled vegetables, and a variety of other dishes.
There is sashimi and you can make your own seafood bowl and eat as much as you want.
The chef is very friendly and explains his recommendations, making for a very enjoyable time. The buffet is unlimited for both lunch and dinner.
The chef and customers are close to each other, making this hotel buffet as relaxing as home.
If there are seats available on the day, you may be able to use the buffet, but reservations are recommended.
