Wind died after new high acc disp, if you want stay on flex build, make sure to use shar or darkness with flex. Otherwise so hard to grind as a dodger now.

As for now I think the only safest build to play as wind is by being sharingan wind . Because almost everyone have the new high accuracy disperse genjutsu. Because sharingan can resist genjutsu sometimes, it'll be better than any other talents to play as wind. Thanks for suggesting bro, I'll make it when I have free times
