Could you please let me know which package to use to calculate the distance a vehicle has covered and the route taken as shown in the leaflet map at 24:00 ? I have lat lon coordinates, I need to plot the route the vehicle has taken similar to what's shown in the video, and the distance travelled.
It certainly has, and there are new tools (flex dashboard) out too. This video covers an intro to shiny dashboards and covers stable features still useful today.
Kyle, I noted that too -- very old, but still useful for learning purposes. Suggest you search for flexdashboard vids from Jonathon Ng. I am finding that much of the most useful current learning material has been - or is - monetized via MOOC, etc. I don't see new books from Winston (on ORielly), which is a bummer b/c I like his teaching style.
