Normal onslaught is still more efficient for me time wise because the time it takes to lfg a Legend fireteam (avoiding kwtd kids) I can be deep into wave 20 normal.
Ahh the butthurt crown with low self esteem that justify others requiring people to know decent strats as kids . The kwtd kids are happy lowbies sit in their sit in mm.
Having a 2.5%, up to 5.0% (which is almost irrelevant considering how long it will last and the fact that we had no prior knowledge that would have enabled us to save tokens from the start) on desirable loot that was only due to be around for 2 months is SUCH A BUNGIE THING TO DO
The weapons aren't leaving. Only the shiny versions so it doesn't really matter much anyway. Only ones worth gettint Shiney for is Blast Furnace, Lunas and Edge Transit. I already got the Blast Furnace I needed with Zen Killclip and Tremors One For All. So just 2 to go.
It is not noticable at all. I have the same drops as before. I opened the chest near shaxx 30 times and I got just 2 shiny's. Not even the shiny's I attuned. Farm for nothing 🖕👍
Shiny odds are 5%. 2 out of 30 is 6.67%, so your personal experience shows the buffs are true. That said, imo, DON'T focus on getting shinies with good rolls. Just focus on getting good rolls.
@@Commander_Pika Well, If you have played like me.. I think you also have all the godrolls on normal brave weapons. Im just playing for shiny's now to enhance those perks next week
The needle hasn't been moved enough. Shiny odds being doubled is not that noticeable. Not enough to warrant going out your way to farm nonstop for the next week. It's just nice if you already plan on farming. I spent 777 tokens and got 4 shinies and they were all garbage. Those tokens took me a stupid amount of time to get.
You should (always) focus on getting a good roll, not getting a shiny with a good roll. You end up getting a weapon every couple of minutes now, so if there is any brave weapon you are wanting, now is the time to grind. Come The Final Shape, most likely the drops will get reduced and Trophies of Bravery removed when Onslaught moves to the Vanguard node and have no vendor tied to it.
I really like this comparison, since this has alot more data going into it and then even trying to get rid of additional rng, unlike many others. Most people just do a run of both legend and normal and then compare, but alot of times the data is way to inconclusive due to having all the rng involved and not really alot of data to compare it to. Just 2 runs is way to little to make any mention of how much drops anywhere, especially when you count the random drops after a wave aswell
Double my arse, I farmed Normal 50 wave runs for two weeks straight and didn't get a single fluffing shiny BRAVE Weapon of note. The ONLY two I got were so terribly rolled I dismantled them immediately as their NORMAL variants were more useful. I JUST want a shiny Luna's Howl with Incandescent I do not even care at this point if it's a god roll or not I just want a handcannon that works with my solar builds that isn't a damn exotic.
yes. drop rate is 5% for shinies. It's just....still a low drop rate so it's not something you are going to notice after only farming for a little bit.
Don't feel too bad the droprate increase really isn't noticeable at all. I spent 700 tokens and got 4 shinies. Surprise surprise, all the shinies were garbage
