Force 2 frogs to mate and laid eggs, instantly took the tadpoles and kill 1 of their parent. The tadpoles grown up, 1 given to a friend, 1 tied up at home. Out of blue, 2 siblings whose left in the aquarium became mama and papa, decided by LUCK stat. Minecraft is a fun game indeed.

Its color depends on the biome iirc, and there're 3 colors. So I don't think there's a rarest one -unless mojang hid it from us-
