It's from an off-collab stream on Aqua's channel (9th Sept 2020). They did a 'laugh and the stream ends' stream playing 'Mr President!'...it started late and lasted about 15 minutes and 5 minutes of it was Aqua in front of Shion's loading screen while they tried to get the sound working iirc. I think later they then had a takoyaki party stream on Shion's channel the same day...but yea, that's where it's from.
