In the Miniaturwunderland Hamburg, you can not only observe beautiful landscapes, planes taking off and landing, trains and vehicles, but from time to time also very detailed RC ships in the appropriate scale. A short overview will give this video.

I have to be honest. I am into RC since 30 years, had some small rc things like 1:36 etc... and big models.... but I am falling in love with this micro rc microcosmos... an it's your fault, your dedication, artwork and quality of your videos make them feel out of this world. please never stop. thank you very much.

This almost brought me to tears. It leaves me considering, while I'm not an obsessive when it comes to scale-modeling, I must doff my cap to that extra element of human obsession and genius that leads to the creation of something like this. These models, while scaled down, help to amplify elements of the real world that I find most beautiful. It makes every people look at the solutions around us with a new appreciation. I wish I could shake every single hand of every people involved in the creation of the masterpiece - this place is right at the top of my bucket list.

Minaturwunderland never ceases to amaze me and impress me although my main interest is model railways. Sadly I have not got the space in my humble abode for bigger than a 10 ft x 6 ft setup but I cannot complain. The airport feature at this attraction is also on RU-vid but is even more impressive in real life! This really is a totally family fun attraction even for those not into model railways where something can be found for everyone :o)

Hallo Sabine, vielen Dank für diesen Hinweis. Leider ist es im Miniaturwunderland, während der normalen Öffnungszeiten, nicht möglich eine solche "künstliche" Beleuchtung zu setzen. Im 15 Minutentakt wird es Tag bzw. Nacht. Ich habe schon mit künstlichen Lichtquellen experimentiert. Gegen die reale Sonne kommt da allerdings nichts an. Grüße Oliver

Ive always wanted a scale model of a town or city with rc trains, boats, cars and other vehicles. I love micro models of realistic settings with moving scenery. This video really speaks to my inner love of scale models.

Hallo.., vielen Dank für die Music-Quelle..!!! Habe mir den Sound sofort zu Eigen gemacht und parallel zu Deinem Video unterlegt (...weil er dann länger läuft..!) Ich bin einfach nur hin und weg und völlig überrascht davon, welche Wirkung diese Kombination in mir ausgelöst hat. Mir kullerten wirklich die Tränchen..))) Die Verbindung dieser ´perfekten kleinen Welt´ mit diesem Song... einfach phantastisch..!!! Das hat mir mal wieder gezeigt, dass es nicht immer die großen Töne sind, die wichtig sind..; nein.. ganz im Gegenteil..: Die Kleinen.. richtig in Szene gesetzt..; sind die, worauf es ankommt. Die Perfektion ´en miniature´..!!! Die kleine Welt wird dadurch zu einer besseren und einfacheren ´großen´ Welt..!!! In der großen, realen Welt scheint alles oft so verworren und oft gar nicht mehr real...))) Die Erschaffer des MiWuLa haben Großes geschaffen im kleinen Format..! Und Du schaffst es - durch Dein gekonntes filmerisches Schaffen - dieses Kleinformat ganz groß und echt aussehen zu lassen. Ich kann mir nur wünschen..: Mach weiter so.. es ist einfach nur schön..! This is absolutely amazing! I love the details, even the inside of the tug boat I was able to see the lighting for the navigation system. I can go on for days explaining every detail I loved. But it's not enough to justify how many hours and years you've put into the scale ecosystem. Great job and thanks for sharing.

Die Modelle sind schon winzig. Es gibt in der Zwischenzeit viele Komponenten fertig zu kaufen und es ist einfach geworden Modell in dem Maßstab umzubauen... Vielleicht einfach mach probieren ;-) Grüße Oliver

Looks great! Try adding a surfactant to the water like a little soap to help break the meniscus (water tension) around the boat hulls.

I’d use a hydrophobic coating on the sides and bottom of the boat...it’ll make it appear more realistic by removing the weird effects of the water at this scale.
