That hot pink embroidered dress is so cute! I find that the handmade type “native” items take a minute to sell, but eventually bring in a good price. I am a sucker for them lol. PSA: if you sell items from your personal collection, there is still a COG. You should talk to your CPA, of course, but if a COG of zero is reported, your profit will be inflated and you will potentially pay more for income tax. 🩷

July has been a dry slow start for me with sales. I recently purchased the eBay subscription and set up a Sales event on old items. Hopefully things will pick up 🤞🏾. Great video! Like the organization and smooth flow.

I discovered MerSea back in February of this year at a Goodwill, and I’ve since found about 5 of those tops-one was a sweater. They all sold in a week or less. I just found a red/navy striped colorway about 2 weeks ago and it sold in two days 😊 gotta love it! Great informative video as usual! Thank you!!
It’s hard so it’s best to just comp everything that you see that has nice fabric contents, nice tacked on tag or a really great style. That’s how I’ve been able to find more brands that RU-vidrs don’t talk about.
Does eBay take their percentage from the total with taxes and shipping on your items? Listening to your numbers it sounds like your fees aren’t that high on eBay. I’m wondering if there’s a different fee structure for stores on eBay bc I swear the fees always equal about 20-22% of the sales price. Ex $38 sales price = $7 transaction fee.
