Nice memory for me ! I remember I was there in 1972, 73 and 77 with my friend Richard who knew the signalman named Peter. In those days there was no platforms on the Keighley to Leeds side of the triangle. Leeds-Skipton (and vv) dmus had to make some manoeuvres, going to the Bradford section first, then back into Shipley station. Wonderful souvenir, thank you for sharing via RU-vid. @@jonathanhaynes6048 I'm sure the Peter I met was your father. My friend Richard, who lives in Guiseley, was a BR signal engineer in Leeds. He is now retired. He is often a signalman on the KWVR, of which I am a member since 1970.
