Ponds are deeper, and water clear. That is what I would call a mud pit! However I do like the home. I could for sure live there.

Love the design. It would be great if the master bedroom has a higher ceiling and the roof top deck has another bedroom for guests or kids while still maintaining a small balcony space..

Howdy stranger! I've been busy looking for land for my airbnb rental(s). You visited my home state again & I missed out. I'll be looking in Murphy where TN, NC, & GA are close. I sent this vid to my R.E. Agent. I luv the layout, just more allowance for taller people. The outdoor openness makes up for smaller spaced areas. This vid helped recenter me. House sold & I'm all over the place busy. Thanks & Savannah looks great in red💃

This has to be one of the best and smart designs.

I like the roof top deck. Simple, clean, uncluttered and is what it is. It does not have superfluous structures on the deck. I also like the patio with the shade. Inside: I like the simple layout. The bathroom is a good size. The bedroom height is a bit short, however at 5'9", it is ok. The loft is way too low for adults. I am sure the kids would enjoy the coziness.

I wish you included how much these tiny homes cost because I would love to build one of my own!

Firepit area and a hot tub, nothing better than this!😁 The inside looks great aswell, I really like the kitchen design and the bathroom. I'm small enough for the bedroom, so that works, too.🤣 The garage door is always a great idea and the pond is a nice feature. You should show the sweamming pools also ! With a big glass window on the side ❤ In France, it's becoming a big thing 🙂 I'm actually looking about getting one, we have companies that do it all for you. I guess that is why this vidéo was proposed to me 🙂

Like the bathroom especially the wood feature on the wall behind the commode. The Tardis shower 🤓 would have been epic if they had used blue tile or the black parts of the enclosure had been tardis blue. A soaking tub would have been amazing and would have increased the romantic level. It would also appeal to smaller families with little children that need a bathtub to keep them clean. If they were to add an additional shipping container or two to create a second floor that could be a master suite with either French doors or sliding door opening onto the upper deck along with its own romantic bathroom and possibly a smaller extra bedroom with bunk beds. They could include some closet space or even a dresser for those who plan to stay more than a couple of days. The upper deck needs its own outdoor kitchen with a mini refrigerator, sink, and prep area and space to setup a buffet style section for when they entertain or just want to cook meals and eat outside on the deck. It would be an amazing place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and breakfast before your children wake up or whoever is staying with you during your stay. I hope that they have included some kind a screening or netting to keep the bugs and insects and especially mosquitoes outside because here in NC they can be brutal just walking outside and would be miserable if they were to get inside to eat you up while you slept if you could sleep.

They should put a fountain and some lillies in that pond to make it look less swampy.
