21.04.2024. 16 days to Eurovision. And decided to listen this masterpiece once again. I don't know how many times I replayed it. Many thanks to Israel and its representatives for giving us such unforgettable songs!
A world class performance. Her voice, the passion she sings with, her dress, the staging, the back up singers, the musicians. Stunning all around. Absolutely love it.
Funny. As an Israeli I learned to sing Alpida's "Socrates superstar" in Greek. "Eres tu" in Spanish and the lately "Biti zdrava" 😀 I just can imagine someone sings in Hebrew that probably would sound funny 😀
Although I'm Greek and I supported Greece and Helena, I was so happy for our Victory, but but I like Siri and this song is among my 3 favorite songs I've ever heard in my life, I wish it was another year and he was winning!!!
she is considered one of our biggest singers she even was apart of several festigals (some kind of a play in which they sing but it’s kinda different from a normal musical it kinda is one but it’s a bit different) and is and was a judge in many talent/singing tv shows. I my self have been to many of her concerts it’s so amazing you should come once to israel and go to one of her concerts even if you don’t know her songs her name is שירי מימון or in english Shiri Maimon 🥰
One of my top 10 best esc favourites. The melody, the singing, the language, the beauty of the singer and the whole performance, just timeless. Shine bright Israel ❤️
After all this years i still believe she deserved the first place!! Although im greek. ...and Greece won that year Never ever listenen to the winning song!! Still love this! Her voice her performance her class!!
10 YEARS of watching this video, I STILL think it is one of the BEST, MOST PERFECT, MOST STUNNING PERFORMANCE, PERFORMER & SONG IN THE HISTORY OF EUROVISION.
She is north African Arab Berber, From Morocco and tunisia. Her mother is from northern Morocco. And her father is from southern Tunisia Saharan region. Her parents migrated to Israel during late 60s and early 70s.
I love so much Helena Paparizou, but that year Shiri was my winner. I still follow her career. Amazing performer. So bad we didn't see anything from her in Eurovision 2019.
She is north African Arab Berber, From Morocco and Tunisia. Her mother is from northern Morocco. And her father is from southern Tunisia Saharan region. Her parents migrated to Israel during late the 60s and early 70s.
Still listening to it after all these years and love it. Doubtless this song and Shiri performance was one of the best entries my country ever send to the Eurovision. It is still a very popular song in Israel because it is just great Ballade. 2005 was a strong contest with many good songs.
Wow , although I do not understand hebrew , I love the song & the young lady Shiri singing her heart-out for her nation . She should of won , Shalom Shiri & the nation of Israel !......... Greetings from Honolulu , Hi , Usa
Actually North African Arab Celine Dion. As she is ethnically north African Arab from Morocco and Tunisia. Her parents migrated separately from North africa to Israel from late 60s and early 70s.
*It's looks like its a 2017 entry. The sounds, the dress, the performance.. well, everything except the video quality XD* I can't believe this is from 2005!
