CALM ambassador Shirley Ballas faced her fear of heights to help raise money and save lives.
“I’m taking on the Skyathlon because I’m terrified of heights. But there’s nothing that terrifies me more than the thought of losing another person to suicide.”
Day 1: The fastest Zipline in the world, soaring for 1.5km over Penrhyn Quarry.
Day 2: The Wing Walk. Flying up to 110mph while strapped to the rig of an aeroplane.
Day 3: The Skyathlon culminated in Shirley's toughest dance yet... Skydiving from 13,000 feet.
