In 2007, Dame Shirley opened her legendary performance at the Glastonbury festival with a cover of Pink's "Get the party started). This really got the audience very excited. Dame Shirley has mentioned on numerous occasions how much she enjoyed her performance at the Glastonbury festival as the audience included many youngsters, who I'm sure if they weren't fans before, they became fans on that day!
