Easy team comp is human rimuru, hart, og mizuki and feena! It takes 2 or 3 (in-game) minutes but it's not hard at all!

How does Shirou survive if the boss has shield killer? Can someone explain how this works?

Shield killer affects taunt tanks(dmg redirection), not mitigation units. Since Shirou isn't a taunt tank, he isn't affected.
