I felt an strong emotional reaction hearing your story... I’m a convert to Karaite Judaism, in certain ways I feel that your experience and your wife’s experience is similar to mine, I now live as a Jew and I’m married to a non practicing Christian woman... I woke up this morning feeling hopeless, thinking about issues at work and all the sins I have done recently and in the past I feel like HaShem would never accept me, I can’t say that feeling has disappeared but I can say that I feel inspired to keep trying to increase my emunah... I felt/feel unworthy to be a Jew, that maybe I’m just wasting my time and alienating family members and friends... I know now that I need to increase my emunah and know that HaShem will provide for me... thank you Rabbi for putting this talk on RU-vid...
You have got to be either a fully orthodox convert or stay as a Noahide Karaite Judaism doesn’t exist, it’s heresy and you’re in a bad place with HaShem if you believe yourself to be as such a person.

Rabbi, I have always heard that Tzedakah is 10% of your net income after taxes, not after paying major bills. This can be a substantial difference. Maybe I am mistaken, do you have a source?
Yes the real Ma'Aser is based on net income after cost of income (i.e. taxes, etc) , but in today's world, most people don't even give half of that. To get people into the habit of giving in the first place, many suggest to start with the "lowered" maAser. Even this is not done by most. BeEzrat HaShem we all do TeShuva. The churches doctrine are completely false. Jesus lived and died as a jew and man made him into a deity.
