The Constitution doesn't come in oblivion. The indian nation state is a continuation of the Indian civilization which is 5000 years old . Sengol is a tradition to transfer power from which had seen many systems and dispensation and it was used when the British handed it over to independent bharat. I pity on how miserable u ppl are to think india is a country which is just made 75 years ago.
