And one more thing, I saw a video a year ago on RU-vid, It was a comparison video between the Indian Army and Pakistani Army, so many Pakistani people commented that Indian soldiers are quite weak and Pakistani soldiers look good because they were a little bulky. So this is the thought of most people from Pakistan on fitness. They think a bulky body is better than a toned body.

Misbah did push this as he saw how important it was in his career & I still enjoy watching his push ups clip against ENG at Lords after scoring 100.
