you will be surprised how much you helped me I study medicine in Iraq and I am second year medical student And I never took advantage of my collage lectures I always watch you and understand every thing and if I graduate some day my degree and knowledge will be 90% from you Thank you so much ❤❤
God bless you for sharing your gift with the world ,Zach. It's only a few who are great teachers, who impart knowledge with skill- do consider yourself in that pantheon! We're grateful 🙏
watching this while on methylphenidate which causes mild muscle tension, greatly increased focus, a feeling of restlessness and the typing of way too in depth youtube comments. great video once again!
Thank you so much for making what could be an overwhelming subject so enjoyable!! I am a new CNP and going to be working with a trauma team and plan on continuing to dive deep to ingrain all the things!! I appreciate you so!!
Amazing as always!! Great content and well put together! You truly make these concepts easier to understand! I don't have to memorize anything because everything you say makes so much sense that I am able to put it into practice every single time! Thank you again for sharing your knowledge! 🤗🙌
You are literally amazing professor zach and your teaching style and skills really motivates me to study. thanks for all the efforts you made in every videos and thanks to ninja nerd team too 💜💜💜
Loved the video and really liked the quiz you had for it, really helped me remember the different murmur sounds. Only complaint I have is the raised marks on your back, Im guessing from cupping, were painfully distracting for me. Anyway, another good video.
Hi Ninja Nerd! Thank you for all these courses and your time to teach us. Question: EKG was good no suspicion of anything, this is a 26 yo F, what will prompt someone to order Echo in this case? Heart sounds were normal, no hx of HF, cardiomyopathy, trauma, etc, do you mind sharing the thought process here? thanks
I am starting PA school in fall and I am in double MA program and I am gonna get Ninja Nerd membership. I have a feeling if I just have Ninja nerd I will ace all my classes FOR SURE.
Hi Zach, thank you so much for all that you do. So I always watch your videos for biochemistry and I'm in a dilemma now. I'm supposed to learn the synthesis of glycerophospholipids but I don't think you have a video on that. This has never happened before, I don't know what to do. Help!😭
Does the introduction of inotropes in the case of shock increase the oxygen demand as well? The case study for cardiogenic shock has me wondering, are you putting patients like that on high flow?
I might have a shock after watching this video 😅,there is a lots and lots of great info.. god bless you for your hard work ,you and your team ,you are pricless man ,thank you very much.
Question, If the tension pneumo is on the left side, then could the PCWP be increased since the pressure on the left side of the heart would reduce L preload simultaneously increasing the RV afterload?? Great video as always, I aspire to be as knowledgeable and enthusiastic as you my guy!!
I have a question! For distributive shock, I dont understand how CI could increase. I understand that the rate and the contractility increase, I understand that would increase CI. My problem is that, if PCWP and CVP are both lower then it means less blood is reaching the L ventricle. Less blood reaching the L ventricle means less blood to pump which should mean a decreased CI, regardless of how hard you are going to squeeze or how fast you are going to beat. That’s clearly wrong though so where am I going wrong? Thank you!
Are there whiteboard stencils for all the anatomic structures you have to draw again and again and again and again and again and again and again...? I could certainly use some for my paper notes.
Your educational videos are princess I enjoy your lectures I just want to comment that If you can give us a second in between to screen shot the white board
Hi sir, I'm new to Medicine ... Can you tell me where to start from studying from your channel? Order sir like anatomy, physiology and biochemistry like that.., (Playlist order)
I saw both, the first one focuses on the basic knowledge and info about shock…more details of pathophysiology, this one have more of clinical aspects to it + it has some practical cases. I guess both complement each other 👌🏻
