As an engineer, I appreciate the explanation of the biphashic waveform. It's a lot more challenging to design an acoustic transducer and driver that can deliver large transients. Most of them use custom ceramic piezo transducers. A lot of engineering goes into designing these devices and just as much goes into biomedical engineering research.

I have been able to lesson the curvature of my penis as well as gain a little girth and length back as well. I use a enhancer (pill) 10mg daily that allows me to maintain an erection and enjoy my lover. I'm happy with the results at this time and continue to use this machine every 3 days. I went to get a 6 session shockwave therapy at a clinic in my city. It did NOTHING for me. I took a picture of their machine, and it says its a storz medical and it has a duolith SD1 green tag on the right side. But the funny thing is it doesnt look anything like the one in your picture , it doesnt have a screen in the base. It looks exactly like the one you say is radial, same shape and pattern design. But it did have a duolith tag stick out to the right side. Is that what they look like now or did they use a radial on me and charge me $2100??

Hey 😊 I believe studies have since been done on radial and focused in the treatment of E.D. the study has limitations and needs more studies and alrger sample sizes to confirm. Focused machines are prohibitively expensive and make the treatment less accessible when the only real reason Focused hit the market as the leader is because most of the initial studies used Focused instead of radial. That is changing, however, and in many studies, radial gives more clinically and statistically significant results. Not trying to argue or sell anything, I just don't think suggesting Radial is not 'the real deal' is incorrect and not scientifically sound. Web of science gives some great studies with high impact factors with the search terms 'E.D, Radial, Focused, shockwave therapy, Li-eswt' Physiotherapy clinics the world over use radial therapy with fantastic results, and in regards to E.D, when you're treating from multiple nodes, a depth of focus greater than 3.5cm is pointless unless the penis is as thick as the leg.

It's close to being 2025, and right now, this video is 4 years old. What i find "curious" is there are NO personal account videos of how successful shockwave therapy worked. 65 yo male, moderate ED, no benefit from PDE5 inhibitors, on TRT, rcvd 35k shocks by urologist over 30 day period, no real improvement. Guess im in the 30% group where this stuff doesnt help. I would still give it a shot because you dont know until you try.

Problem mostly is Blood pressure meds. Try this instead. Ceylon Cinnamon only this type. Potassium Gluconate , magnesium Malate and L-Lysine to naturally lower blood pressure. It works for many people but not all and yea, you should tell your doctor because I am not one. It works for me instead of norvasc making problems for me. So many pharma meds should be avoided at all costs. If your on channel blockers it is my opinion it is more likely these are clogging your penile blood vessels. Shock wave therapy can remove the norvasc problems and others. #1 thing is that everyone should do everything they can to get off pharma. They only lead to more problems and less life. @@jeffg5009 I am taking L-Lysine 500mg, magnesium malate 1000mg, Potassium gluconate 99mg, Ceylon cinnamon i think is like 1000mg i mix a bunch into honey and take like 1 tsp full each day. Ceylon cinnamon only, not the other stuff, its junk. I am still on one blood pressure med but it never effected me. Also, look into Earthing. Aka, walking around with no shoes on, The Earthing Movie i think it is.. Very important.
Unfortunately you're in Indiana and I'm in Belvidere Illinois so that would be quite a drive. Would you recommend anyone in this area that could do what you do or at least close to it? There are urologists around here in many cases that don't even deal with Ed which is very weird to me because I would think that would be on the top of the medical schools teaching. Set alarm purchased a Shockwave machine and now you're telling me it won't work it's not going to work well I'll find out and what if I find that it does work what if I find I use it and it works for what I'm using it for then what does it mean that you don't know what you're talking about or does it mean that you're not always right what does that mean another thing is why would they be selling them and there's different ones if they don't work at all then why are they selling them
$300 to $600 per a treatment from what I found out. A home device can range from $200 to $3000 but the pricing practices can be questionable. A device apparently sold at Walmart for $200 is also marketed by another company for about $1300. I am about to try a Pheonix at about $800. It seems questionable that only doctors can provide focused wave treatments and say they are the only treatments that work when radial devices are quite a bit less expensive. Can't afford $6000 for a battery of treatments so I will take my chances on the $800 device.

After 3 months of illness, my treatments using shockwave had to be stopped after three weeks of use. What I’ve found from not using my shockwave for a few months(Feb-March) is that my ED has come back but, not as bad. As I get my illness behind me I will continue to report to this Utube site.
