Personally, love the ERA, the ergonomics are amazing, the trigger is second to none and I just find it to be a really good platform with a very satisfying shot profile. 10/10.
The thing really looks like a modern sft, axed the used market for sure. Too bad they didn't take the core from the ice and keep moving up with it, and not design a bolt that functions like the arc and gamma core. I prefer my vanquish/old ices shot over my tm40 but everything else about the tm40 I like. Honestly would've rather Empire kept the vanquish line going if they were gonna axe the ice core and then just not make the axe 2.0 and syx. I get the cost thing, but I wanna see some individuality if a company is going to try and say it's different, not share engines/bolts and copy designs from other companies as well. Definitely curious about the icon but don't want to see that it's the same core as the era as to me that's so lazy at this point.
You didn't answer the why you used it at the event though haha. You said it worked well but you guys didnt perform well. Was there a reason you went with the shocker over a luxe for the tournament?
I just used it for one day and went back to the luxe because I simply wanted to try it. The era shot really well in testing and even my teammates who helped in the development of the marker as well as myself vouched that it shot as good or better then the tm40. We were already in the quarter finals because we finished 3rd overall throughout the season, so technically winning or losing those prelim matches did not count towards us going into Sunday. The team not performing well wasn’t because I shot the shocker, that’s an entirely different topic.
@RonnieDizon forsure totally get that, the marker its self was just cool to see in a NXL game by a top player so i had to ask haha ! Not meaning to bash by any means you guys still killed it Ronnie i know you guys obviously have higher expectations then what you finished but you guys are still absolutely insane. Hope the best for you guys in 2024 my man. Thanks for the in-depth answer you are the man. Going to be looking at picking one up or a tm40 wish i could afford a IDOL but thats just not in the cards lol. 🤘🤘
Man I wish they would put some more slots for inserts. There’s room if they go away from that stupid huge parts kit which doesn’t even have that much in it compared to planet.
Hello,I am japanese.I can understand what is written on your keypad.キーパッド From our point of view, that is a very childish word, but overseas, is Japanese a fashionable language?
Hello! Yes it is a very fashionable! The aesthetics of your language is incredible and admirable. The keypad/mouse pad follows a trend in the states made popular by Off-White which is using words that states the Obvious - Such as having shoelaces that say "shoelaces" on them etc. Thanks for tuning in and hope that makes sense.
@@RonnieDizonAyyyy I'm just bustin your chops brother man RON DON.. Always happy to see the latest DONTENT on the youtube interwebs!! A cool video idea would definitely be seeing Heat and Blast Camp practice each other on an upcoming NXL event layout!!
I'm one of those guys that just thinks it's super bland looking. Like they didn't even try. Oh well, I am looking forward to seeing the idol but I'm sure it will look like every other Luxe.
I believe they do all that on purpose. Like a blank canvas basically for another company say Hk for example to mil it out and put designs to justify the extra$. HK Amp, was like a low grade lux. Tool less eyes for instance are considered an upgrade. They do this crap on purpose. 😶
Nothing wrong with amp. I played yesterday and got multiple compliments and requests to shoot mine while at the field. I do recommend putting a bigger front grip on it
