@@ButifransMokoena And when Baloyi reacts to the defense submission, his facial expression changes, with an undermining litlle laughter, echoed by Baloyis, both undeplaying the defense s position, treating it as a joke, as if the defence are not around,. Just as if they both are at a coffee shop,, oblivious to the outside world whose eyes are glued to the screens. What a mockery of a trial. I know this is the way it happens with junior legal aid board counsels, who will be made fun of infront of all, undermined, no adequate consultation with clients. But here we have experienced senior counsels, in a high profile case, whose efforts are frustrated, concerns ignored and are treated with such indignity that is beyond what one would take iunder any other circumstances. May God give them courage and strength!!

Baloyi is not making sense. The issue is simple. Steyn said it was internet usage, Vodacom is the owner of all internet data and usage and they kee the records of those internet usages. How can Stey see what Vodacom cannot see? If it was internet usage then Vodacom should have reported it on their 205 PDF because they keep all the logs. Secondly, a phone does not keep internet usage logs of an appunless it is a browser. Now BBM messager was not a browser and there is no way Steyn could see the internet usage of that without Vodacom servers logging it to its database. The problem here is that the defence is proving to be too shallow minded to interogate the Steyn and debunk his lies. Vodacom is the owner of all cellular and internet data and they keep the records as well. What is not from Vodacom does not exist. end of story.

Why did Steyn convert the PDF data to Excel format and not bring the PDF from Vodacom as it is because now with the Excel format there are numbers that are included or added that were not there when the original PDF from Vodacom arrived to him

What baloyi is doing is the same thing that happened at scene when sgnt Musia did not find any cartridge in the house then later the next morning then they planted it next to the glass. After all Pinky informed the state about the discrepancy which the plotted hoping that pinky will only testify on steyn’s excel then they will get away with it. Luckily, the defense will not pick it up and hence that why the state have been giving the defense documents on drip and drops

It is a contradiction not misunderstanding where did Steyn get those numbers that Vodacom doesn’t have? Pinkie told us you met three of you to discuss the discrepancy but you colluded the three of you to bring that evidence to intentionally mislead the court and public. What would you call this? The allegations should be challenged when the complaint has been laid. We heard that he’s not even old. Ratha is a retirement gang and why couldn’t he be brought back? We asked this all along. Lol Mnisi putting Baloyi 24 feet. As long as Steyn’s evidence doesn’t appear on the PDF it can’t be applicable to his expertise Bathakathi. Where did Steyn get those numbers? When Mngomezulu stated that he has Kelly 205s and that the state should show where she communicated with the accused, Baloyi said that Pinky will come and explain the type of calls. The reason why they kept on pushing Pinky to use Gouws and Steyn affidavit was to cover the fraud they had done.

The problem with everyone who follows this case take it to heart hence so much heartache please remember that the 5 accused were chosen to take the fall the judge was brought back to make sure that they get found guilty for the crime that is why everything the state does the judge is in favour of them MR ITS NOT ME SAYING THAT ITS 5 JUDGES so this is planned like adv Mgomezulu once said cooking and adv Mnisi said a case of this manner has never happened before so personally i have accepted defeat on behalf of the defence and the family of Senzo now they must start preparing for appeal with the supreme court of appeal this judge killed the case he doesn't stand for justice and i personally believe all cases that where brought by adv Baloyi should be reviewed i wont be surprised for the cooking found in other cases by adv Baloyi

@MzansiUnfiltered I would love for you to explore the 2 calls . Focusing on the features that identify the unique features of the gadgets . Were the IMEI read for the callers to Kelly ? I noticed that 2 August one is different from the 15 August one. But they are the same numbers on pinky and Steyn. Do the IMEI identify the owner of the handset and make. Or it only happens if the phone was bought on credit.

One thing I'm struggling to understand, when Baloyi says "the service provider doesn't have access to the download, it's only Colonel Steyn who has access to the download...", does he imply that some call records (of which Vodacom is the custodian) only get stored on the phone and the service provider won't have access to them? Or am I misunderstanding? And the judge to justify his reasons for recalling Steyn, saying he didn't understand what Steyn was talking about, and since he always claims to listen to the evidence, why didn't he seek clarity right then and there? These ones think everyone will fall for their tricks. Not all of us outsource our thinking.

When you presiding you need not to take sides, thats the mistake of Ratha. We see such things with commissioners in Ccma. When the matter is reviewed by labour court, then judge will tell the commissioner was not impartial. Life of accused changed due to such errors. Ratha must not be influenced by this Baloyi or they meet at tavern after session adjourned.

This guy is drunk🤞🤞. Steyn or the police got the information from vodacom and he changed it now wat will he clarify. Vodacom says no this is not in our data base so where does Steyn get it😂😂😂. Unless he comes and says no i agree i made a mistake otherwise he is wasting time.
