On this episode of Rocko's Travel Life, I'm taking you guys to one of the most beautiful and elegant cities I have ever visited, however, there's something a little different about this city... It's (for the most part) totally abandoned. So, you already know how I do, I'm going to take you on a tour and show you everything... well not everything, but mostly everything lol. The city is called Sunset Town and is located on the island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. It's gorgeous, but a little spooky at the same time! Yall check it out!!!!

This city really needs people to start living there. It’s absolutely gorgeous and you’re right in saying it’s European! The astrological signs are awesome! You were wrong about a few, but I never saw a lion for Leo. My astrological sign!

What I’ve learned after traveling through Europe extensively, most hand held showers don’t have curtains. In my travels when I come across the handheld and no shower curtain, standup and hold the handheld towards the wall! Once, when I got to Paris and staying with a friend, I ended up getting the water all over the entire bathroom. When I got out of the tub, I slipped and fell and sliced my toe on a plant plot and it sliced my toe and the pieces of the pot went everywhere! Since then (maybe 1996) I learned a hard lesson! As an American, it’s so hard for us to wrap our head around no stand up showers and no shower curtains! We just don’t know how to accept it!

A little clarification for everyone. "Abandoned" is incorrect term. The proper term is " highly unoccupied or vacant". All the shophouses have been sold and owned by someone. They are just not utilized yet due to immature toursim #'s mainly due to covid-=> and the most impactful element of all is the availability of airline flights to the island.
