Maybe that was just a one off bad experience with the main dish on that flight. However the seat itself and the overall experience looked stunning.

Surprised/Not Surprised China Airlines hasn't changed their name yet. That ONE thing would drastically change their image with flyers.

Did you prefer the BC on CI 777 or a350? In my opinion I preferred the 777 business class I felt the foot well was a bit larger than of 350. 777 bathroom had window too

Very nice

Flew with them from Brisbane to Taipei just before the pandemic. Not one I will be going back: no champagne service before take off because "duty-free" rules or something as such?? The seat was one of the most uncomfortable business class seat I have ever encountered, the fold has a HARD HARD ledge in the middle and no matter how you move, it was right again the hipbone. Painful.
